This place makes full size Tardis replica's, with BBC's permission, and they get them JUST LIKE the shows (or movies... you can actually specify which version you want!).  If you're in the UK, they will deliver, assemble, and do any customization you need.  No idea what the pricing is for making it bigger on the inside though...
